What we are looking for

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to come on board, initiate, nurture, and manage both B2B client and B2C customer relationships.

Your role will be vital in ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience, supporting the transition from prospect to active partners or users of our products.

As a relationship executive, you will be proactive and driven by sales and targets, with experience in business development, along with an understanding of our marketing needs.

You will manage and develop strategies for building relationships, working to understand our customers needs, and supporting them with information and advice on our product range. You will be expected to use our CRM software to track and document all customer communications.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate with sales and marketing to generate leads for both B2B & B2C
• Managing existing client relationships and maintaining the company’s presence
• Repair previous, disengaged, or fractured relationships
• Support with customer service, settling customer concerns in a swift and professional manner
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client’s requirements.
• Prompt clients to increase volume and purchase additional offerings.
• Support with business development, develop strategies for building relationships, identify and explore new opportunities, then work with marketing to bring to life
• Support the marketing department as and when required

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident meeting in person, and using phones
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with CRM software and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics.
• Ability to forge profound working relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

This will be a hybrid role / office-based role, working from our head office in Virginia Waters, Surrey, Monday to Friday.

• Salary £25K – £30K per year + commission?
• Full-time, permanent
