What we are looking for

Purity Hemp Co is seeking a digital-orientated team player to manage listings and grow sales on eBay, Amazon, and other online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate is a highly organised, self-starter with 2-3 years of relevant experience who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced digital/e-commerce environment.

Your time will be split into a role of two halves:

1. Managing the Purity Hemp Co listings and inventory for all third-party online marketplaces, optimising product visibility, researching new opportunities, analysing data, and growing marketplace opportunities.
2. Managing the Purity Hemp Co Affiliate Program via the AWIN platform

• Implement and manage the Purity Hemp Co brand and products across multiple marketplaces and our AWIN Affiliate Program
• Consider stock/inventory management
• Ensure all KPIs are met through data-driven analysis, planning, and execution

Marketplace Management

• Set up and manage our brand and products in multiple marketplaces, including Amazon & eBay, digital marketing channels, and retailers.
  • List our products across more channels
  • Transform and optimise product content to comply with the unique requirements of each marketplace
  • Fight for visibility in a crowded landscape
  • Meet evolving customer demands
  • Make data-driven decisions about our brand
  • Identify growth opportunities
• Report back to the Head of Marketing, sharing insights and marketplace performance.
• Propose tests based on internal and external data points to improve performance

Affiliate Program Management

• Own the relationship with AWIN – our chosen affiliate program platform.
• Set up and fully manage the affiliate program:
  • Ensure monthly budget is utilised effectively and aligned to business goals
  • Ensure program efficiency and the ROI is positive every month
  • Proactively check the program for any issues or errors which may lead to a negative impact on performance
  • Regularly communicate major changes in performance (positive or negative) to the Head of Marketing
  • Review, moderate, and onboard new publishers & set CPA targets
  • Ensure publishers follow the rules and guidelines of the affiliate program
• Report back to the Head of Marketing, sharing insights and affiliate program performance.
• Propose tests based on internal and external data points to improve performance

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience within the CBD industry, or in-depth knowledge of our products and market space
• A minimum 1-year experience working with AWIN affiliate network – this can be from an agency or in-house environment
• A minimum 1-year experience setting up brand shops on Amazon and eBay
• Ability to manage and deliver several marketing activities at the same time
• Keep up to date with SEM industry trends
• Passionate about learning performance marketing with excellent analytical abilities.
• Positive, proactive, can-do attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM software and procedures.
• An interest in health, well-being, or fitness is useful but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, a team player!
