Based on our recommendation of 4-8 drops twice daily (4 – 8 drops per day) a 10ml bottle should last around 31 days.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) recommends no more than 70mg of CBD be consumed a day (unless recommended by a medical professional), this 500mg 10ml bottle with 1 drop containing 2mg of CBD Oil is equal to 35 drops per day. Therefore a 10ml bottle would last around 7 days.

15g as 10 x 1.5g bags.
