Ingredients

Cannabis Sativa Leaf Fiber, Valerian Root, St John Wort*, Lemon Balm, Fennel, Chamomile, Lavender, Cornflower

*St Johns Wort (botanical name Hypericum perforatum), contains many active substances, including hypericin and hyperforin, which are thought to affect mood. St. Johns Wort has the following most commonly reported side effects:

feeling nauseous or being sick
diarrhoea
headaches
allergic reactions
tiredness
dizziness
confusion
a dry mouth
skin problems
increased sensitivity to sunlight

Although present in a very small amount in our Harmony Hemp Tea, you should seek medical advice if you are concerned about taking St. Johns Wort, especially if already taking medication.

How to use

1 bag per cup. Let the bag steep for 2 to 4 minutes in 200ml of boiling water.

How long will this product last

Cannabis Sativa L infusion bags. 15g as 10 x 1.5g bags. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) recommends no more than 70mg of CBD be consumed a day (unless recommended by a medical professional), this 15g tin contains 10 x 1.5g bags with 3mg of CBD per bag. Therefore you can consume 23 cups per day.
