Dosage depends on the person. One drop of 10% CBD contains about 5 mg of CBD. It is recommended to start wit 4-5 drops under the tongue and let it absorb for about 30 seconds before swallowing.
Our 30ml bottles contain 500 drops.
Based on our recommendation of 2-4 drops twice daily (4 – 8 drops per day) a 30ml bottle should last around 62 days.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) recommends no more than 70mg of CBD be consumed a day (unless recommended by a medical professional), this 3000mg 30ml bottle with 1 drop containing 4mg of CBD Oil is equal to 17 drops per day. Therefore a 30ml bottle would last around 30 days.
