This product is perfect on it’s own.
Hemp seed oil, Broad-Spectrum CBD oil (0.0% THC), Linalool, Myrcene, Terpinolene, β-Caryophyllene, α-Bisabolol, Humulene
Take in the evening, around 30–60 minutes before bedtime. Each drop contains approx. 15mg of CBD. Start with 1–2 drops under the tongue, hold for 30–60 seconds before swallowing. Adjust gradually depending on your individual needs and sleep patterns.
Our 30ml bottles contain 500 drops.
Based on our recommendation of 2-4 drops twice daily (4 – 8 drops per day) a 30ml bottle should last around 62 days.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) recommends no more than 70mg of CBD be consumed a day (unless recommended by a medical professional), this 3000mg 30ml bottle with 1 drop containing 4mg of CBD Oil is equal to 17 drops per day. Therefore a 30ml bottle would last around 30 days.
