Start with 2-4 drops twice a day, simply place the drops under your tongue for around 30 seconds. Everyone is different so after a few days increase the drops and monitor how you feel. You can wash the drops down with juice or water.
Our 10ml bottles contain 250 drops.
Based on our recommendation of 2-4 drops twice daily (4 – 8 drops per day) a 10ml bottle should last around 31 days.


The Food Standards Agency (FSA) recommends no more than 70mg of CBD be consumed a day (unless recommended by a medical professional), this 1000mg 10ml bottle with 1 drop containing 4mg of CBD Oil is equal to 17 drops per day. Therefore a 10ml bottle would last around 14 days.
