*St Johns Wort (botanical name Hypericum perforatum), contains many active substances, including hypericin and hyperforin, which are thought to affect mood. St. Johns Wort has the following most commonly reported side effects:

diarrhoea
headaches
allergic reactions
tiredness
dizziness
confusion
a dry mouth
skin problems
increased sensitivity to sunlight

Although present in a very small amount in our Harmony Hemp Tea, you should seek medical advice if you are concerned about taking St. Johns Wort, especially if already taking medication.

Tranquillity Hemp Tea
Cannabis Sativa L Fibre (50%), Peppermint (16%), Ginger (17%), Chamomile* (7%), Lime Blossom* (5%) and Marigold (4%).
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) recommends no more than 70mg of CBD be consumed a day (unless recommended by a medical professional), therefore ensure that if combining any of the products from your starter pack, you are aware of the recommended daily total when consuming CBD products.
